  4. Principal debrief call (45–60 minutes)

  5. Full access to Frontline Formation Forum (Faith Knowledge, Spiritual Practices library)

  6. Email support and annual check-in.

Tier 3: Formation+

Includes:

  1. Up to 3 full-staff CEPHAS assessments per year (spring, winter and fall)

  2. All Foundation features, plus:

    1. Full access to Frontline Custom formation planning and resource hub - Whole community formation in a box

    2. Quarterly formation coaching call with Frontline team (principal + key leaders)

    3. Priority support and early access to new features

    4. Educator coaching calls included (5, 10, 15, 25)
